Junckers substructures
UNOBAT 62+
The UnoBat 62+ System provides excellent performance and safety, along with the ability to accommodate all types of irregular subfloors.
The 22mm solid hardwood floor boards are fastened to a subfloor system consisting of single layer engineered battens with preattached shock absorbing rubber pads.
BLUBAT
The Blubat family is a batten based system that offers thickness flexibility when matching existing slab recesses.
The 22mm solid hardwood floor boards are fastened to a resilient subfloor system consisting of single layer engineered battens mounted a continuous layer of blue foam shock absorbing padding.
The available batten thicknesses are 30mm, 45mm and 57mm.
Choice of floorboard
Junckers sports floors are made entirely of solid hardwood and created to last for generations. Each floorboard is made from two rows of staves assembled by means of a double dovetail joint. In addition to being ready for use as soon as they are fitted, Junckers floors are extremely stable and withstand changes in humidity levels throughout the year.
All our solid hardwood sports floors have a Danish Indoor Climate Certificate for low emissions of organic substances and can be delivered with either an FSC® or a PEFC™ accreditation.
